What to put in the email
If something in a guide is wrong, send the article URL and what should change. A wrong proportion note, a dead description, a name we misspelled: that is the kind of mail we act on first. We would rather fix the page than argue about it in a comment thread. Joliely does not run public comments, so this inbox is the correction channel.
Outfit questions are fine too. Tell us which aesthetic you are trying to build and what you already own. We cannot shop your closet for you, and we will not invent a wardrobe you did not describe. If the answer already lives in a guide, we will point you there rather than rewrite the same formula in an email.
Collaboration notes land in the same inbox. Send a short description of the project and why it belongs next to our editorial guidelines. We do not sell captions, we do not take payment to contradict a guide, and we do not sign exclusivity from a cold pitch. If it is a fit, a person answers. If it is not, you may not hear a long explanation, and that is not a snub so much as a small team protecting the queue.
